Learning React

Is React a JavaScript framework or a library? That's a topic for discussion in subsequent posts. Today, I am writing to share my experience with React over the past few weeks. In my pursuit of becoming a Software Developer, I've been introduced to many concepts to prepare me for the real world of software development. Previously, I worked with Vanilla JavaScript, which initially confused me, but over time, I got used to the basic functions. These basics laid a solid foundation for React, which I regret not having known earlier.
While React accelerates my development of any program I'm working on, I realized it's essential to have a solid grasp of basic JavaScript. While practicing React, my friends and I developed a simple application that I believe can be further developed to ensure it's fully functional. Here is the link to the application: https://leta-food-app.vercel.app/home. It is purely a front-end application built with React, JSON for the API, and some HTML. Please feel free to view it and leave your candid comments or suggestions.
Even though I'm a novice in the world of software development, I believe that with time, I'll get used to the trends as I delve further into back-end development in anticipation of becoming a full-stack developer.
I will be focusing on Python for the next couple of weeks, and I hope to master some concepts and integrate them into my current skill set for my future career.
